He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Alexandria University, where his graduation project focused on Artificial Intelligence, and a Diploma in Computer Programming from the American University in Cairo (AUC-CACE). Yasser is certified in various tech competencies, including Information Security Management (ISO 27001), IT Service Management (ITIL), and AI Applications, with certifications from prestigious institutions such as UNESCO, Canada Global Center, and Automation Anywhere University. Dr. Mohammed Fakhr Eldeen

Dr. Mohamed Fakhreldeen is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Esaalna, with almost 3 decades of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and HR Management. He holds a DBA in Organizational Psychology from California Southern University and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University. He is also a Certified Trainer in Change Management Strategies and Techniques from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland, and Xerox Corporation, and is currently pursuing a Master of Management Learning & Development (MMLD) at Euro Arab Management School, Spain. Dr. Fakhreldeen’s career highlights include enhancing sales and customer service strategies across various sectors, including telecom, retail, and corporate sales. His senior management roles at companies like Vodafone, Raya Distribution (Nokia), AIG, and Xerox are marked by significant improvements in customer service delivery and HR training. As a freelance consultant, he has advised numerous multinational firms on optimizing customer service strategies and implementing comprehensive business concepts. www

Dr. Ahmed Takky is the Chief Operating Officer of Optima World for Sustainable Development, Cairo, Egypt, and Esaalna, a sister company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. With over more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Takky is a Certified Trainer in Leadership, Coaching, and Organisational Transformation Strategies, including Digital Transformation. His extensive experience spans several multinational companies across the Gulf region and Egypt, and he is certified by Procter & Gamble. Dr. Takky holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University, a Mini MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, and a DBA in Organisational Psychology from California Southern University. He is also recently certified as a Digital Transformation Strategist from Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi. Dr. Takky’s career highlights include leading large-scale operations and strategic business planning, managing budgets and supply chains, and spearheading projects with a total CAPEX of $150 million. He has successfully led the launch of new products, coordinating efforts across R&D, Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing, with a strong focus on enhancing sales and customer service strategies. His expertise in LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma Implementation, Business Process Re-engineering, and Digital Transformation has made him a valuable asset in various industries, including FMCG, food, edible oil, packaging, and manufacturing.
